  5. Press Esc + FN + R again to turn off your Chromebook device.

Why Does My Screen Keep Spinning On My Chromebook?

1. To make the screen spin, you need to click the “-” icon on the right side of your Chromebook’s screen.

2. If you don’t see the “-” icon, then follow these steps:

Press and hold down the power button for a few seconds (on most Chromebooks, this is located on the top edge). While holding down the power button, press and release the touchpad. The Chromebook will then restart. After restarting, you should see a wheel icon in your browser that can be used to spin your browser’s screen around. If this doesn’t work for you, try turning off your Chromebook by pressing and holding down both of its power buttons at once until it turns off completely. After turning off your Chromebook, press and hold down both of its power buttons again until it starts up again. This will force your Chromebook to go into recovery mode so that it can reset itself back to factory settings. In recovery mode, select “wipe data/factory reset” using the keyboard or touchscreen. After wiping data/factory reset, select “reboot system now” using either method mentioned above (keyboard or touchscreen). Once rebooted, turn on your device again by pressing and holding down both of its power buttons at once until it turns on completely again.

3. To make a different part of my screen rotate around I can use Google Chrome’s settings.

4. To rotate the screen, tap on the “Google Chrome” icon in the top right corner of your Chrome browser.

5. Next, select “Settings” from the menu that pops up.

6. Next, select “Advanced Settings” from the menu that pops up under “Settings”.

7. Next, select “Show advanced settings…” from the menu that pops up under “Advanced Settings”. On my Chromebook, I see a square with a white outline on it when I click on this option (see screenshot below).

8. Next, select “Touchpad Gestures” from the list of options that appears on your Chromebook (see screenshot below).

9. Next, scroll down and click on “Configure touchpad gestures…”
